Who We Are
Who are we? We all started with one person who had a vision. Richard Montelius, The man who started this journey in 1988. His career journey started in his high school class room. It was there were Richard found his passion. He achieved many goal in carpentry. During this time he also met his wife of 30 years and started their family. At this time, Construction became more than just a hobby. Richard started to work for his father who had a well respected Commercial and Residential company. As he worked his way up through the years he learned many skills. Most skills were not able to be learned in a class room or in a book. It was then, Richard wanted a company of his own.
A company that respected workmanship, Integrity, and honesty. He created a family owned business where employee`s were treated as family. Not a number. Here we are 30 years and 4 grand children later. Richard has accomplished his vision and runs his company with his Son and Daughter. All three play a large roll in day to day operations. His only future hope is that one day his legacy will be passed down to his grandchildren once they too understand and learn the moral values of the company.
